Vinkon Postad 12 Februari , 2015 Rapport Share Postad 12 Februari , 2015 Probably because the track-design itself accumulates some amount of debris? (with no holes) Just a wild stab in the dark; perhaps you could try to oil the the sprocket with something non-agressive such as cooking oil so at least the packed snow has a harder time get stuck and packed? 1 Citera Länk till kommentar Dela på andra webbplatser
Kosma Postad 12 Februari , 2015 Författare Rapport Share Postad 12 Februari , 2015 I tryed all ready many products to oil that but after few minutes happens the same. Vinkon Postad 12 Februari , 2015 Rapport Share Postad 12 Februari , 2015 Ok Sadly I don't know anyone in the army who could know. Two another wild stabs, if it's of interest: Perhaps rubbing in candles or a bar of soap could work? Citera Länk till kommentar Dela på andra webbplatser
jeep_tom Postad 21 Februari , 2015 Rapport Share Postad 21 Februari , 2015 That is a common problem with the Soucy tracks. most people I know with experience of those tracks in Sweden, and my own experience with the Swedish army Hagglunds that has changed to these tracks is bad. I prefer the old Skega or Trelleborg tracks in Winter terrain =) Swedish army, National Guard ("Hemvärnet") also have Hägglunds with older track. But we change to Soucy tracks when old one gets in bad chape. At least that is how it works here, at this moment. But just last week I talked to a guy from south Sweden that said there was not going to be any more swaps to Soucy tracks beacuse the problems with them. But that is nothing I have any safe and good source to back up with. 2 Citera Länk till kommentar Dela på andra webbplatser
Kosma Postad 24 Februari , 2015 Författare Rapport Share Postad 24 Februari , 2015 Thak you for your anwsers. All ready find the solutions why is it so happening. In last winters I had new soucy sprockets and there wasnt these problem but this summer my bv206 made over 5000km in mud, sand and tuff terrain and all of this mix has damage the smooth surface of sprockets and now they have rough surface and that is why the snow and ice is sticking inside it. So the solution is to have one set of sprockets on winter(new) and the old one for summet time. Now I need to buy 8 new soucy sprockets, does any one know where to find in good price? darius_ro1 Postad 6 Februari , 2016 Rapport Share Postad 6 Februari , 2016 I am not aware of all the details of these sprockets, but why do you not machine them through or build your own design like the Sisu Nasu ones? Citera Länk till kommentar Dela på andra webbplatser
